In February of 2015, God placed Uganda in the hearts of Jay and Gina Cox as where He wanted them to pour their lives into sharing Jesus. Since the first trip to Uganda in 2015, God has filled in many missing pieces.

 

Many doors to serve Him have opened up including running a sponsorship program for children to be able to attend school that otherwise couldn’t go to school since no schooling in Uganda is free. A new school has recently opened up in a village that has never had a school. Many that may not have food at home if the rains don’t come are provided an opportunity to eat at least one meal per day and many that have never heard about Jesus are hearing of the Good News!

 

In addition, God has provided the means to drill “boreholes” for clean water in places where there is none. The areas in which we work are very poor, rural and have a heavy population of people who are Muslims. 

 

We are seeing Muslims at each stop come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. We use the opportunities to get children in a school filled with Jesus.  Many children come from Muslim families but return from school as children of the soon coming King! 

 

Our passion is to share the love of Jesus that He has so freely poured out to us.
